- A. Selection ofESOs and Startups: Develop criteria and a selection process for identifyingsuitable ESOs and startups. Conduct outreach and invite applications frompotential ESOs and startups. Evaluate applications and select eligible ESOs andstartups based on predefined criteria.B. InitialDiagnostic Assessment of the ESOs and startups: Conduct a thorough diagnosticassessment for each selected ESO and startup to understand their currentcapabilities, needs, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed assessmentreports for each ESO and startup.C. CurriculumDesign: Design a tailored training curriculum for ESOs based on the diagnosticassessments. Similarly, design a tailored investment readiness trainingcurriculum for startups based on the diagnostic assessments. D. Capacitybuilding Organization and practical implementation: Plan and organize a seriesof capacity building workshops and training events for the selected ESOs andstartups. It would be critical to ensure that the selected ESOs have meaningfulinvolvement in the delivery of the workshop for startups to create a hands-onlearning experience for the ESOs.E. DataCollection and Metrics: Develop a framework for collecting data and metrics tomeasure the effectiveness of the training. Collect baseline data before thetraining begins. Monitor and collect data during and after the trainingsessions. Analyze the data to evaluate the impact of the training on the ESOsand the Startups. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTSThe International Finance Corporation invites eligible firmsto indicate their interest in providing the services.
